I’m a birth & postpartum doula and Child & Infant First Aid / CPR educator supporting families through pregnancy, birth and the early days of parenthood. As a mother who has experienced birth within the maternity system myself, I understand how powerful and lasting birth experiences can be, and I’m passionate about helping women feel informed, confident and supported throughout the journey.

Birth Doula
I provide evidence-based information and practical and emotional support throughout pregnancy, labour and birth, helping you understand your options and feel confident in the choices you make for your birth.

Postpartum Doula
The early weeks with a new baby can be beautiful and overwhelming. I support families with newborn care, breastfeeding guidance, emotional support, light household help and nurturing care so you can focus on recovery and bonding with your baby.

Child & Infant First Aid
I also offer private in-home Child & Infant First Aid / CPR sessions for parents and carers. These personalised sessions cover essential topics including CPR, choking, asthma, anaphylaxis, burns, fevers and more, helping you feel calm and confident in an emergency.
