Postpartum Packages

Postpartum Support for Logan, Brisbane & Gold Coast (QLD) Mums 

HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU:
**AVAILABLE ACROSS ALL POSTPARTUM PACKAGES**

• Postpartum planning session between 35-37 weeks (or earlier if you anticipate an earlier delivery). Including a copy of my postpartum planner.
• Practical support around the home, ensuring you get much needed rest! I can help with light housework and watch baby while you enjoy some self-care (nap, bath/shower, time alone etc.)
• Infant feeding support (breast and/or formula)
• Sleep and settling support
• Help to set up a safe sleep space, feeding space and changing space for baby
• Text, video calls and email support as needed. 
• Birth debriefing
• Organise a meal train for you
• Family meals and help with meal prep
• Help older siblings in the adjustment to having a baby brother or sister. I can also watch them while you spend time with your newborn and/or vice versa
• Provide referrals to outside services and care providers as required
• Postpartum relaxation practices
• Option to request additional support up to 18 months postpartum, outside of this package, at an hourly rate.

First Aid Training:

I also work as a first aid trainer and assessor for Fast Action Fast Aid, a small family owned and run business. All of our Nationally Recognised First Aid and CPR courses consist of online training with a face-to-face assessment based in Holmview, QLD.

I also run an infant and child First Aid & CPR course. This particular course is not nationally recognised unlike the full First Aid and CPR courses however still provides a great foundation for parents/carers wishing to learn and/or refresh on life-saving skills. This course can be done in the comfort of your own home!  I am also working on bringing this course to you via an ONLINE training course! STAY TUNED!
