Birth Prep Sessions

Package 1

This is a one off support service, designed for those who'd just like a bit more guidance than the hospital can provide.

 

• 2 Hour appointment (in home or virtual)

• Discuss your vision for birth

• Your preferences

• Pathways that birth can take

• You'll be provided relevant evidence based resources to help you plan for your birth

• Receive a completed birth plan which will include different pathways (eg. caesarean, induction)​

Package 2

This package is for those who would like to be supported during their pregnancy however don't feel they need birth support. 

​

• 2x 2 Hour appointments (in home or virtual)​

• Discuss your vision for birth

• Your preferences

• Pathways that birth can take

• You'll be provided relevant evidence based resources to help you plan for your birth

• Receive a completed birth plan which will include different pathways (eg. caesarean, induction)

• Receive ongoing support between appointment and birth via text​
